Sarah came on board the Ficon-Bush team in April 2016. Originally from Summersville, WV, Sarah graduated from WVU with a B.S. degree in Psychology and Communications and a Masters in Human Resources. Sarah has experience in both Human Resources / Training as well as Business and Marketing development.

Sarah is the Agency Principal of the company and primarily focuses on personal lines, office management and customer service. Sarah spends as many weekends as possible camping with her crew or relaxing with her family. She loves staying active, playing any sport with a ball, mowing grass, and chopping firewood. Her true loves include her husband, Toby, her dog Stella, softball and ICE CREAM!
