Kristi joined the Ficon-Bush team in April of 2012. She graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1993 with a degree in Marketing from Fayette County Vo-tech. Kristi has over 20 years of customer service experience.
Kristi manages our personal lines quoting department out of the Beckley/Mt. Hope office. She can also help you with your life insurance needs!
Kristi lives in the Mt. Hope area with her husband Chuck. She is a proud mother and grandmother. On the weekends she and her husband like to go hiking and whitewater rafting.
