Robin Swift joined the team Ficon-Bush Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2008. She has over 25 years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. She started her career in Columbus, Ohio having attended The Ohio State University. During her career she has been employed in both company and agency positions.
Her primary goal is to be available to all of our clients in determining their insurance needs, providing them the best coverage available and making sure they receive the service they should come to expect from all Ficon-Bush personnel.
When not in the office, Robin enjoys gardening and is especially proud of her goldfish pond she designed and built herself. She also enjoys 4-wheeling the county roads and camping with her husband, Eric.

Connie Rowe has been employed by Ficon-Bush Insurance Agency since 2008 and has twenty-three years of property and casualty insurance experience.
Connie’s goal has always been to treat people like she wants to be treated and to make their insurance experience a pleasant one. She specializes in quoting and customer service; and has the knowledge to assist you with selecting the proper coverage for your unique situation.
Connie resides in Fayetteville with her husband.

Alan was born and raised in the Beckley area and graduated from Mountain State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management. He has 5 years of insurance experience.
Alan's favorite part of insurance is helping customers with their individual needs and finding the best coverage fit for them.
Alan and his wife Jillian have been married for six years and have just welcomed their first child, Grayson.

Lisa Mitcham joined the team Ficon-Bush Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2010 as both a Personal & Commercial lines agent. She has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Lisa is originally from Fairfield County in Connecticut where she attended Sacred Heart University. She has also lived in California and she moved here from myrtle beach, South Carolina. During her career she has been employed in both company, MGA's and agency positions.
Her primary goal is to make sure all of our clients have the best coverage available and making sure they receive the service they should come to expect from all Ficon-Bush personnel.
When not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter who attends Marshal University and her West Virginia family.

John is newest to the Ficon-Bush team, he joins us with 20 years of sales experience. John has built his personal life and career on treating people with respect, trurthfulness, level of service that he would expect for himself and a strong belief in God.
In his free time, John enjoys officiating high school football, baseball and basketball. He was recently honored to serve as an official for the 2011 WV Girls State Basketball Tournment in Charleston.
John works out of our Oak Hill office.
Sheri L. Bush

Sheri has been with Ficon-Bush since 2008. She graduated from WVU Tech in 1989 with a degree in Printing Management. She keeps everyone at Ficon-Bush happy by paying the bills and writing the paychecks!
In her free time, Sheri enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.
George W. Reeves, III

George W. Reeves, III goes by “G.W.” and is a native Charlestonian. He was educated in the city schools and graduated from Charleston High School. G.W. earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University in 1965.
Upon graduation, G.W. went to work for Shoney’s Big Boy, Inc. in management. In 1971, G.W. left the restaurant industry to become a life agent with the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and the Fred N. Kellmeyer Agency of Charleston, WV. In the mid 1970s, G.W. became an independent agent. In 1978, he was associated with Carson Insurance Agency and became involved in property and casualty. By 1980, G.W. founded what became Ficon Insurance Agency, Inc.
G.W. has 39 years of experience in the industry and is the C.E.O. and vice-president of the company. G.W. heads up the commercial side of the agency and has vast experience with all aspects of business insurance.
G.W. is married to Donna Miller and between them they have four grown children and three grandchildren. G.W. and Donna, are very involved in their church, Rock Lake Presbyterian Church in South Charleston, WV. They both sing in the Rock Lake choir. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their grandchildren and their family. Donna likes to read, quilt, and needlepoint. G.W. likes to play in the dirt as a would-be gardener.
Billy T. Bush, Jr

Billy is originally from the Gauley Bridge area of Fayette County. He graduated from WVU Tech in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. Upon graduation, Billy accepted a job with Liberty Life Insurance Company in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He worked as an agent and then later, Sales Manager.
In 1992, Billy moved back to West Virginia to work for The Prudential where he worked until 1999. In 1999 he started an independent insurance agency in Gauley Bridge. In 2001, he purchased EEA Insurance in Oak Hill and operated two agencies before finally moving everything to Oak Hill. In 2005, Billy expanded into the Beckley property & causality market and opened an office on Prince Street. Throughout his career in insurance, Billy specialized in life insurance and property & casualty insurance. He became interested in the commercial side of insurance through a working relationship with Ficon Insurance that eventually developed into a merger. In 2008, Ficon-Bush Insurance Agency, Inc was formed. Billy is the President of the company and works primarily as a commercial agent.
Billy has been married to Sheri Pinion Bush since 1989 and they reside in Fayetteville, WV. Billy has been a high school football and basketball official with the New River Official's Association since 1985. He recently has begun officiating collegiate games with the WVIAC. Billy is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing the drums.
